With in 30 days of receipt of the order we will replace, exchange, or refund the cost of the item(s) as specified in a claim initiated with Customer Service. You can contact Customer Service via email at the0rphanage@proton.me for more information on how to begin the claims process. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been open and/or removed from their original retail packaging. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! For us to process a return for either an exchange or a refund, the item must be in an unopened salable condition, unless the item was damaged during shipping which we will require a claim be filed with the applicable courier service.

We offer discreet guaranteed delivery via national couriers with tracking information provided upon shipment. Overnight Shipping is standard on clones and snips. On average 3-14 business days for orders within the USA. Holiday periods delivery windows will differ. International orders may take several weeks depending on the service requested, and time in Customs. Your order will be sent out after your payment has been received, confirmed, and applied to your order. An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you automatically when your order is sent out. PLEASE NOTE:If you feel your order is lost, missing or stolen you must report it to us within 30 days. Anything after 30 days and there is simply nothing we can do. You will receive a tracking number via automated email when your label is printed for delivery. It is your responsibility to keep this number and alert us if not received within the 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they show as delivered in the tracking system
